LMA & LMRA reminder that Nominations close next Monday December 17th at 5.00pm, from that point Nominations will be classified as Late Nominations. Be sure to indicate your Pit Allocation requests, on the Nomination Form, as Pit Allocation will be set prior to practice/Calcutta on Thurs 10th Dec.

The Wild West Tour, which has been set to coincide with the National Title, begins at Perth Motorplex on Boxing Day for a big 2 night show, be sure to Nominate on Motorplex Website for both nights individually. Manjimup on 29th & Collie January 5th, Nominate on LMRA Website. Prize money of $ 49,720.00 is available over the Wild West Tour & Australian Championship [5 Race Meeting’s] plus ample Tow Money for Interstate Travellers.

Methanol supplies are available in Bunbury from Steve Wood, Ph 08 97256475 or 0428288755. Individual 200 litre drums are $277.00, or Steve offers pallet load of 4 drums delivered to Moyle Engines [close to the track] at $265.00 ea. Please be aware that this series of Racing will be holiday period and you WILL HAVE TO PRE ORDER your supplies from Steve. Steve will be away from Xmas through to January 7th. Moyles & Steve are offering this service, please do not abuse it. Moyles have a forklift to assist in loading.

Practice & Calcutta are as per your Nomination form & Newsletter. As a reminder, Practice is Thursday 4.00pm to 6.00pm, followed by the Calcutta in the Club Rooms at the Track at 6.30pm, with a licenced bar operating.

A Supplementary Rule has been allocated for the National Features [Prelim & Main] to allow Tyre Change on the 1st Lap. Chief Steward will be in total control, all Crews will be fully briefed on procedure for the Rule at Drivers Briefing. Chief Steward has drafted the Rule for the Nationals & West Australian State Title below. A wheel change(due to a flat tyre/s.) is permitted during a yellow or red flag/ light stoppage that occurs on the first lap of any State or National Championship Feature or Final races. The Chief Steward will give reasonable time for the wheel change and it may be assisted by infield officials. Only cars with a flat tyre are permitted to have crew members enter the race track. Other than minor bodywork and bar work repair ,No other work can be carried out on the car. The driver is to remain in the car with ALL safety apparel/equipment in place. Any car that has a wheel change will go to the rear of the field for the restart regardless of the circumstances that caused it. Permitting wheel changes is subject to any time curfew the host race track may have in place.
